N.J. Barry doesn't always refer to himself in the third person, but when he does, he really goes to town on it. Writing from his home-base of Ireland, he's always been fascinated by fantasy and science fiction. He spent a few years in Japan, teaching English, and wishes people still called him Sensei all the time.

Having recently completed an MSc in Cyberpsychology, he's currently querying agents for Bab Sabcot Seeks a Nemesis, developing the third book of the Twin Origin series, editing Raindrops From Terra, and writing a new fantasy novel called Bridgeborn.

He spends as much time as possible writing and editing. Other than that, he listens to an unhealthy amount of Kristin Hersh, stays up to date with the latest gadgets, and generally keeps to himself.
